Ben & Claire - BPMA Academy Graduates!

Congratulations to Ben Hudson, Sales Administrator and Claire Jobling, Sales Support, for passing their BPMA Academy courses with a distinction and credit respectively.

The course has been designed by the British Promotional Merchandise Association to cover a broad range of skills required for dealing effectively with customers, manufacturers and products in the promotional merchandise industry.

The course covers an overview of the industry, information about products and how they are branded and marketed, and the sales and buying processes. It is endorsed by the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.

Ben and Claire have visited manufacturers factories to learn first-hand about the processes involved in the manufacture and branding of the products we offer at LSi.

Here's what Ben had to say about the course, he enjoyed increasing his knowledge on branding processes:

"I recently took part in the BPMA Academy course, which is a training course that gives more detail about the printing processes, methods and applications. The course also gave an insight into how promotional merchandise can be used, and the benefits of specific type of marketing. We visited one of our manufacturers and saw the many different processes of printing mugs."
