Hello! I'm Hannah, and I'm the new Marketing Assistant here at LSi. I only started the week before last so I'm definitely still learning the ropes, but I absolutely love it here so far!

I've come from another media and marketing role, but I studied English Literature at Lancaster University, which I loved. I won't bore you with my life story, but here's a little bit about me: I'm 22, and I'm Yorkshire born and raised - I live just a few miles down the road from LSi. I love movies, comic books, Halloween, and 1950s fashion! Marketing is a pretty good fit for me - I'm quite bubbly and chatty, and I love being creative, so I'm really looking forward to working in the promotional merchandise industry.

My first few weeks at LSi have been so varied already. My first day alone had everything from a Health and Safety walkthrough to Lloyd throwing me a cool new product and asking me to put together some design ideas for it!

So far I've mostly been training with all of the different departments and meeting all of the incredibly lovely people here. I've followed orders through from quotes in Sales to the order being sorted in Sales Support. I've watched proof designs be made by our art magicians in Artwork, and then seen our in-house digital printing in action on our Mimaki machines.

I've already done so much! On my first Wednesday, I sat in on a meeting with the Marketing team from Cummins. They were a really lovely team, and it was such a friendly and productive meeting. It was a great glimpse into how our corporate scheme with them works, and how we can work together in future to support each other. They loved their goody bags, and we snagged a few free chocolate fingers - score!

Today, I'm working on some upcoming marketing campaigns, as well as brainstorming for our Christmas promotion. It's a busy day like always, but I'm loving getting stuck in and putting my own stamp on the role.
