LSi Annual Survey Results


We are pleased to publish the results of our annual customer survey. Once again we have received an excellent response, so thank you to all who have spent the time to complete.

We targeted customers who have placed an order within the last 12 months, with a separate survey going out to those who have simply been quoted in this same period. This valuable data enables us to identify areas to develop when it comes to the service we offer our customers.

The survey also gave the opportunity for us to obtain marketing information, which we will use for future promotions, so thank you for taking the time to answer these specific questions.

The results are presented below, with the overall service results being the totals of each questions, which gives a full overview of the service offered by LSi. The marketing section has been omitted from these results.
