The LSi Bake Off 2013

The waiting is over... not for the Royal baby but the LSi bake off 2013.

This year we had 15 entries for the coveted 'baker of the year award'. Entries ranged from fairy cakes all the way to an amazing cake with almost perfect Pantone matched LSi corporate coloured sponge layers.

Last year's winner, Chris Dickinson, was on hand to offer his advice to all entries – 'you’ll be marked down if anyone is off tomorrow'.

This year we’ve changed the rules to offer a winner for presentation and a winner for taste – and the winner/s are:

TASTE - Alison (Queen Quoter) & Scott (Web Wizard) with their mocha coffee cake and marble shortcake respectively (images below).
