LSi Bake Off 2017

At LSi we hosted our annual bake-off competition. There were plenty of homemade delicious desserts which we all got the joy of tasting and voting.

The entrants were voted on taste and presentation. There were some excellent entries and it was a tough decision.

In the end there was one clear winner for presentation, that being Cheryl's Jäger cake which was outstanding. She even added shot glasses filled with chocolate and jelly. A very big well done and 100% amazing presentation.

The winner for taste was Becci's own special recipe of flapjack drizzled with lots of white hotel chocolat and milk chocolate. Her entry went down well with all the judges and shows that the proof is in the pudding!
