Happy 10th anniversary to Sarah!

This Monday, our lovely Operations Manager Sarah Noutch celebrated her 10th year at LSi! We made sure there were lots of embarrassing photos adorning the walls to go with the Happy Anniversary balloons all over her office!

Sarah joined LSi in 2006 as sales administration, and quickly flourished in the role and took over as Admin Manager in 2007, a role she fulfilled for the past 8½ years before promotion to Operations Manager in February this year.

After a presentation in front of staff (with some more vintage Sarah photos courtesy of her mum!) Sarah was presented with a well-earned voucher for a spa day, champagne, and flowers... as well as her favourite snack - pickled onion Monster Munch!

In her own words, Sarah said: "I've loved the last 10 years here at LSi and can't believe how quickly the time has passed from when I first started. There is never a dull moment and I've met some great people along the way. I'm looking forward to many more happy years to come."

Sarah is a wonderful and hard-working member of the team, and LSi is lucky to have her. We hope Sarah will be here for many more wonderful years. Congratulations!
