Digital UV Print

We currently run 5 UV digital print machines in-house capable of printing full colour designs onto virtually any merchandise item – from Golf Balls to Pens, Gift boxes to Notebooks. We utilise cutting-edge technology to deliver crisp, vibrant and high-quality prints with every order.



Engraving

Dye Sublimation

UV Roll To Roll Printing

DTF

DTF – Direct to film – is the latest process of garment embellishment. Digitally printed transfers are produced, enabling full colour vibrant imagery with fine detail simply not achievable by the traditional screen print method. The results are stunning graphics that can turn a standard t-shirt into a work of art with retail quality!



Flexi Badge

Exclusive to LSi, Flexi-Badge provide a cost effective alternative and offer a high level of intricate detail compared to other personalisation processes. Satin or silicone badges are produced in bulk and held in stock ready for call off on a one off basis as and when required. Applied individually by heat process, Flexi badges provide a flexible solution to staff garments and low run projects. The versatile nature of this product also allows them to be added to bags, rucksacks and travel products quickly and easily.



Embroidery

Our latest addition to our In-house services.
