In January, we were a finalist in the BPMA (The British Promotional Merchandise Association) Distributor of the Year awards. This was a great honour as this year we moved up to the £5 million to £10 Million category.
In February we welcomed two new members to the team. Tia Wharton joined the sales support team and Callum Battersby joined as a print operative. You can find out more about the LSi team here.
At the end of March, we purchased 3 top-of-the-range embroidery machines, which allowed us to offer this service as part of our in-house Digital Impression range.

From Nov 1st to Feb 29th the sales team were given the incentive to win a trip to Hong Kong to visit the annual Gift Fair, with those who overperformed being able to bag themselves a place on the trip.
After the whole team remained focused throughout the 4-month period, Chris, Dan, Oliver, Lynda, Charlotte, Neil and George all overachieved and were invited to join Lloyd on the trip.
In May Geroge Kitcher and Mattew Irving celebrated their 5-year anniversary. In that time George has created most of our on-house catalogues and worked on customer designs, whilst Matt has ensured that orders from our in-house Digital Impression range are printed to the highest quality.
We also launched our 2024/25 catalogue that was inspired by ‘Light Bulb Moments’ - a moment of sudden realisation, enlightenment, or inspiration. As, we believe these moments happen often when it comes to merchandise.
In June we were delighted to be recognised by the industry and awarded the PAGE GOLD Distributor of the Year award. This is 17th consecutive year we have won an award in this category, and we couldn’t be prouder!
In July we purchased a state of the art 360-degree in-house printing machine. Whereas before limitations only allowed a small area on a cylindrical item to be printed, this new advanced printing technique enables the application of continuous, seamless graphics around the entire circumference of a bottle, creating a visually striking finish. So, your brand will be seen from every angle.
We hope to launch this product this year!
In September, we welcomed two new members to the team. Kacper Michon joined the print department and Martyn Smith joined as a warehouse operative. You can find out more about the LSi team here.

Helen Berry celebrated 20 years at LSi. Since starting at LSi in Support, Helen has worked her way up to being a Key Account Manager and looks after some of our biggest customers. She’s a huge part of the LSi family, is loved by everyone and her daily efforts within the sales team are greatly appreciated by all.
In October we also ran our annual Christmas Advent Game! All together we gave away nearly 250 individual prizes which included Just Eat Vouchers, Bottles of Prosecco, and Giant Teddies. A huge congratulations to Crystal H, who was our star prize winner and has won £500 in Love2Shop vouchers in time for Christmas!
On the 17th November, we celebrated our 30th anniversary! To commemorate the milestone the current LSi staff celebrated in style in the Royal Box at Doncaster Racecourse on Saturday 9th November for the Grand Finale of the British Flat racing season!

After another record-braking year and busy December, the LSi team enjoyed a well-deserved long break and a Christmas blowout at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, where as always, everyone danced the night away and was the last company on the dance floor.
