LSi Rounders Match 2018

To celebrate a record ½ year for sales and to welcome some new members to the team, the staff of LSi took part in the annual rounders match. Hartshead Moor Cricket Club kindly allowed us to use the outfield, and offer a few cheeky beers to get loosened up – battle commenced.

The ‘One Hit Wonders’ took on the ‘Meme Team’ and after two innings, the scores were tied level at 7-7. Play was abandoned at this point due to 3 injuries sustained. Lloyd Simpson (MD) – hamstring pull, Rob Hemingway – knee ligament and Tom Lockwood – back.

All staff retreated to the George Hotel for lunch and an afternoon sat in the beer garden to discuss the big match and the obligatory mickey taking of the injured parties. Roll on next years game!
