Plastic Straws to be Banned next year!

Plastics and the effects that they are having on our oceans have been a hot topic in the past few years. To help you minimise your waste and offer eco-friendly products to your customers, we have been offering a large range of eco products for a number of years.

But last Wednesday things stepped up a gear as it was decided by the UK government that in a bid to limit ocean pollution, plastic straws, as well as plastic drink stirrers and plastic cotton wool buds, will be banned in England from April next year.

In England, it is estimated we use 8.5 billion plastic straws, but no need to worry as your Promotional Heroes are on hand to provide you with environmentally friendly alternatives that can be branded with your logo!
